Congratulations to the Brantley School Bulldogs on winning the 2012 AHSAA Class 1A State Football Championship! In convincing fashion, BHS defeated defending State Champions Marion County by a score of 33-0. The win gives Brantley its second state title in four years. The Bulldogs also won in 2009 and were runners-up in 2005 and 1999 under coach David Lowery. Other football titles were won in 1993 and 1998. The Bulldogs (15-0) allowed just 47 points all season.
