The Alabama Sports Writers Association recently announced their 2013 All-State football teams and four local players earned honorable mention in their respective classes.
Luverne's Kenterius Womack earned honorable mention in Class 2A in the quarterback position, while Brantley's Wesley Person, Jr. earned honorable mention in Class 1A in the same position.
Brantley's Cullen Bush also earned honorable mention honors in Class 1A as an offensive lineman, and Doug Salter, Jr. earned honorable mention in the linebacker category.
