State Board Adopts Standardized Tests Aligned With Common Core

MONTGOMERY, Alabama -- Voting 6-2 today, the State Board of Education approved a resolution making Alabama the first state in the nation to adopt a new standardized testing system aligned with theCommon Core State Standards.
